I want to make some friends who live in Atlanta and Duluth, Georgia. My family live in GA for the past 7 years. I visit them often. Since then I thought about moving in the south. But my concern is ... will there be a good deaf community? I know it is not going to be same what I have in NYC. But at least I know something about their community.
